Photographs depict trains, trainyards and stations of various railroad companies, especially Pacific Electric Railway and
Central Pacific Railroad. Other companies include Atlanta and West Point Railroad (in view of roundhouse in Atlanta, Ga. showing
evidence of city's devastation during U.S. Civil War), Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley Railroad, and other unidentified
lines. One photograph depicts electric street cars during the Glendale Industrial Parade of 1923. Other identified locations
include Reno (Nev.), the Humboldt River (Nev.), the Oakland Wharf (Oakland, Calif.) and Cape Horn (Wash.). Also present is
sheet music, with illustrated cover, for Casey Jones: the brave engineer. Words by T. Lawrence Seibert, music by Eddie Newton,
[c1909].
